The menu design tailored to both kids and adults alike. Our catering team’s goal was to defy the thought process that comfort foods could not be creative. A made to order tapas bar presented a unique twist on a classic grilled cheese and tomato soup meal. While fun flavors of tangerine and lavender cotton candy and miniature peanut butter and jelly doughnut were offered as passed menu items. A variety of short plates were carefully constructed by a JDK chef for guests to enjoy while they could help themselves to a pail of fresh french fries suspended from a chain wall. Signature end-of-night desserts were the gelato folding station, suspended pie fries and candy bar, and smoking nitro popcorn.
