On a sunshine-laden day in May, we celebrated Jen and Bryan’s love story. Their ceremony featured a horizon backdrop of the Susquehanna River located at a wedding venue near the city center of Harrisburg, Pa. Their day incorporated traditional ceremonial details paired with a modern and elegant flair of sophistication.
THE DESIGN
Guests joined in on a fulfilling food journey as soon as they entered Jen and Bryan’s wedding celebration. Comfort foods with a twist for hors d’oeuvres hour were presented alongside a strolling raw bar of jumbo shrimp and fresh oysters. This led into their three course meal that included pan seared chilean sea bass with an oaked chardonnay braised spinach followed by a braised beef short rib with pancetta truffle honey marmalade glazed carrots. The night ended with an exciting sweet display of flaming doughnuts!
