Meet the Couple
On a beautiful day in May of 2015 Edrea and Matt pulled off a warm, romantic, vintage wedding in the heart of Hershey. The couple met several years before when they both worked at Best Buy together. Today Edrea provides therapeutic support to at-risk students within the classroom, and Matt is an I.T. consultant. They both enjoy traveling, and speak fondly of a trip they took together to South Korea.
Edrea made all of the wedding party bouquets from ribbon and vintage jewelry. Their wedding colors were teal and eggplant with hints of mustard yellow. The wedding had lots of classic elegance, vintage charm and homespun touches that made it feel warm and welcoming.
The First Look
Their first sight of each other was tearful and tender.
The Romantic Setting

The Ceremony
The Cocktail Reception
While the family had a photo session at the church, The JDK Group catered a cocktail reception for the guests in the beautiful outdoor setting provided by the Historic Acres of Hershey. JDK provided an hors d’oeuvres station of local farm fresh cheeses and PA smoked meats. The Reception
At the reception, the tables were set with eggplant table linens, lace-covered chair backs and pearl-draped centerpieces. Each table was named for a different song selected by the bride. Historic Acres of Hershey provided the furniture, while The JDK Group supplied the table decor and centerpieces.
The cake was provided by the talented Pennsylvania Bakery.

S’More Fun
The evening ended with a campfire where the couple and their guests were invited to build S’mores. It was an appropriately light-hearted way to cap off a warm, romantic and fun-filled vintage wedding.
