Megan and Matt’s Moonstone Manor Wedding

Ceremony at Moonstone Manor

On September 23rd, 2016, Megan Vealey and Matt Jessup meshed behind the ivied arches of the Moonstone Manor.  Nearby, guests looked on from their ivory seats as the couple lovingly exchanged vows. The manor has stood through war and time, making it a perfect venue for Megan and Matt’s ceremony.

First, the green grounds of the Moonstone Manor accompanied the clean and elegant theme for the wedding. JDK’s Senior Wedding Producer, David Everett, and Event Specialist, Molly Unangst, collaborated to make the day as special as possible. Tony Gibble Photography provided all of the photos of the picturesque Moonstone Manor.

The Moonstone Manor warrens sit adjacent to a pristine and picturesque creek. It’s rocky, untouched, quality made a wonderful backdrop for Megan and Matt’s romantic afternoon. The Moonstone Manor estate also holds a vivid garden and an antique, olive-colored fountain. Megan and Matt experienced the first look in this wonderful area surrounding the manor. buy zyloprim online https://bethanyhealthcare.org/wp-content/languages/new/zyloprim.html no prescription

Fresh and Balanced Food

A huge selection of butlered hors d’oeuvres greeted hungry guests after the ceremony. Fun and innovation was a huge part of the selection! First, the Italian Bruschetta had no clean-up. The refreshing combo of vegetables, cheese, and spices came on an edible Parmesan Basil spoon. How cool is that?

That’s not all, however. Along with bruschetta, three sushi-inspired rolls made the rounds. Chicken breast, black beans, and cheese with chipotle dipping sauce proved a worthy spicy companion to the tuna roll! Lobster Mac and Cheese Fritters struck a perfect textural balance. Lastly, Short Rib Sliders rounded the menu out with the tantalizing fusion of raspberry balsamic glaze and sweet potato straws!

Afterwards, a delicious Surf ‘n’ Turf dual entree commenced the eating. First, a Petite Grilled Beef Filet seasoned with pink Himalayan salt, cracked pepper, and lemon herb butter. Second, fresh Grilled Mahi Mahi topped with red pepper and brandy cream sauce. Additionally, these two beauts were served with Roasted Garlic and Chive Mashed Potatoes, asparagus, and tri-colored carrots. Hopefully, the guests had left room for dessert. The cake, provided by Rosie’s Creative Cakes, was simple yet ornate and elegant. Fittingly, the cake was a smooth vanilla, with a fruity raspberry filling. It complemented the raspberry- garnished champagne toast!

All About the Details

All kinds of details permeated through the wedding, making it personal along with elegant and beautiful. Furthermore, the bride and groom supplied small marble hexagonal tabs that informed the guests of their seating arrangements. Petals with Style collaborated with the couple on the seating tabs and provided the floral arrangements.

Ivory, champagne, and green colors sprung from many elements of the design. For instance, satin underlays supplemented the gilded glamour linens on the sweetheart and guest tables. Certainly, the gorgeous mahogany Chiavari chairs emphasized the flashy and floral display. The JDK Group excels at clean and exciting wedding design!

Of course, the beautiful decor could only be highlighted with beautiful lighting. Inside the tent, white crystal chandeliers provided a sophisticated look, while string-lights ran out from the center. Hess Rentals provided the chandeliers, along with many of the tables. All of these elements contributed to making the rustic chic, sophisticated theme of the wedding a reality. The uplighting, provided by Klock Entertainment, really came alive at night!

Evening Festivity

The evening was still young after the last bite of food and toast had been made! First, there were some customary events to handle like the cutting of the cake. Later, Megan and her father danced underneath the wonderfully lit tent. buy zyvox online https://bethanyhealthcare.org/wp-content/languages/new/zyvox.html no prescription

That was only the beginning of the dancing, however. As the night rolled along, the real dance party began! Naturally, the newlyweds found themselves face to face on the dance floor.

It was a great end to the night and a great beginning of a truly special love. Above all, The JDK Group knows that weddings need to be eternally memorable. Our goal is to take events up a notch because it’s what couples like Megan and Matt deserve. This belief makes Weddings by JDK the best catering and event company out there!
